According to the Valeo PJ management system,we start from the milestone "open project".PM will coordinate the market Gr. to make a RFI/RFQ to the target projects. When we receive the nomination letter form customer, I(PM) will organize a PJ team with the PTM to kick off the PJ. From kickoff to SOP,we have 12 milestones.PM manage the PJ to reached or exceeded the target schedule and cost requirements with their leadership and management. The project is fully responsible for the completion of the company's QCD, regulations and other indicators, and surveillance the performance until to PJ closure (6 months after SOP).

2020.x -2020x WUXI SHARP ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS CO.,LTD New Product Gr. Manager

As the gr. manager,I lead and manage the new project team in technology department.As a window department in Wuxi site  to the development department in Japan,we controls the trial manufacture schedule of the new products for the vehicle LCD panel, and monitors the cost in the local site. We carry out the trial production, make a report of quality evaluation, and import the production SOP approval.After SOP we continue to improve the product quality and rate; analyze the market quality problems and import the solution. Response to Tier1 or final customer's APQP and quality requirement, or the process audits.
