你的理想薪资是多少？面试谈到最后都会问到这个问题，这也是面试中最重要的一个问题。那在谈这个问题的时候应该注意什么呢？

1. 谈钱不伤感情。首先摆正心态，不必不好意思，毕竟薪资待遇是工作所得。

2. 要提前做好准备，对自己有一个正确的认识，并且对申请的岗位和公司的薪资结构有初步了解，基于此确定自己的期望，或者至少确定一个期望薪资区间。这里准确定位很重要，要的太高容易失去offer，要的太低又自己吃亏，所以一定要了解当前行情，知道自己要多少合适。

3. 如果可以，不要给出一个准确的number。

下面就是两个委婉的，不给出一个确定number的回答(Here’s the best way to answer questions about salary):

1. My salary expectations are in line with my experience and qualifications...

2. If this is the right job for me, I am sure we can come to an agreement on salary...

但是一般情况interviewer都会问你确定的number(But the interviewer will likely be looking for a number, so come prepared with a target salary figure or at least a range in mind)，这个时候就只能给出一个自己能接受的工资数了。你可以说：

My salary expectation is xxx per month/xxxx per year. Of course we can discuss about it because I still do not know what is the detail salary constructure such as insurance...
