  多变的面试技巧

  技巧一:在招聘营销人员的过程中,主考官列举出20多种(甚至更多)营销方案,让求职者分析说明它们的优劣。这一提问,既达到考核应聘者的分析能力的目的,同时又向求职者展示了主考官的实力。从而会让招聘者感觉到,这家公司人才水平很高,公司一定很有前途。
