张卓勇，男，1982年毕业于吉林大学化学系，1985年和1988年在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获得硕士和博士学位。1992年赴加拿大滑铁卢大学做博士后研究，1995年回国调至东北师范大学任教。2001年，调到首都师范大学任教，担任化学系教授、博士研究生导师。?
