a. Recruitment Management: According to the hotel's overall business planning, organize manning budget and recruitment plan, explore the recruitment channels, development and maintenance of resources among institutions of interns. Effective analysis recruitment data for collection and sorting. Supporting the construction of recruitment channels, building and optimizing the recruitment process system, training interviewers' skills and recruitment awareness of the employing department.
b. Compensation and Benefits: Supervise monthly attendance and salary accounting. Lead staff to make reports and daily work related to salary. Participate in the next year budget.
c. System construction: Set up the LANDA System and Lanniao System, scientifically control regular staff and outsourcing workers. 
d. Employee relations: Organized monthly intern communication meeting, farewell lunch. Lead leadership meeting and afternoon tea with general manager. Lead Marriott International annual employee engagement survey.Organize spring outings. 
e. Learning and development: Cooperate with training department to organize online and offline annual party and  anniversary celebrations, organize personnel training, organize employee union meetings. 
f. Archives and dormitories: Establish clear up archives system.Participate in dormitory decoration and monthly inspection.

Report to Director of Human Resources
a. Approve employees' leave and overtime applications, review monthly attendance record, make salary and welfare statements. Deal with social insurances and housing fund payment. Handle social insurance related issue retirement, maternity, working injury, medical and other services. 
b. Complete new in staff's online enroll. Renew labor contract/labor agreement with employees, and complete the probation of new employees. 
c. According to government's policy, apply comprehensive working hours, indefinite time working hours, stable subsidies. Complete the annual disabled audit.
d. Responsible for Marriott International TaskForce. 
e. Clear up archives. 
f. Update employee welfare policy, distribute festival gifts. 
g. Responsible for check in procedures of foreign employees. 
h. Deal with employee relationship, assist director to handle labor arbitration and labor supervision, etc.Assist director to complete year audit.

In F&B department, I set up goods on the table and serve to guests.
