外企涨薪11.6% 半数外企调高毕业生起薪

CPI高企，企业纷纷调薪。近日公布的薪酬调查报告显示，2011年上海外资企业调薪幅度平均值为11.6%，有1/4的企业调薪幅度超过15%。

在这份薪酬调查报告中，制造型企业调薪幅度平均值为13.3%，非制造型企业为

10.6%，高于2010年2-3个百分点。此次调研活动共有180多家企业参加，从投资类型来看，欧美企业超过75%。从行业来看，制造型企业接近1/4，服务型企业超过1/3。

调查显示，2011年上海地区半数外企调高毕业生起薪。毕业生起薪中位值：大专学历为2000元，本科学历为3000元，硕士学历为4500元，博士学历为6500元。中智薪酬顾问分析后认为，企业用人需求持续增加，企业在毕业生招聘市场的人才争夺一定程度上提升了毕业生的起薪水平。另外，今年有4
