2020.x -2020x Flexible automatic machining unit for bearing seat parts

Project leader

Project description:The project is the first flexible automatic processing line based on the bearing seat parts in China,which is also a national support project.The production line will be used as a typical application in the automatic production of the domestic parts after the production is formally put into operation.

Project implementation:The main equipment in this project is six axis robot slide platform and numerical control vertical machining center,with supporting facilicies are loading,cleaning,tray warehouse and other equipment.The flexible operation of the workpiece in each process is realized by the way of quick change of the workpiece tray.This line changes the slow, low efficiency shortcomings of the previous workpieces' manual transfer.

2020.x -2020x Automatic feeding and unloading of the brake disc surface treatment system

Project leader

Project description:The project is developed for the second major brake disc manufacturers in China.Automatic equipment is introduced into the process of the whole brake disc surface treatment system (cleaning, spray painting, drying, etc.).Improve production efficiency,Reduce the cost of manpower.

Project implementation:This project used the combination of truss and six axis robot.It takes advantage of high tech techniques such as ranging, vision, vacuum adsorption, and servo.The servo function of the robot to the moving target is realized.A breakthrough in robotics application.This projrct has truly achieved the core purpose of replacing people with machines.

 

2020.x -2020x Automotive crankshaft transport automated line

Project leader

Project description:The client of the project is the largest crankshaft professional production enterprise in China.Automatic handling of crankshaft above 100KG weight by heavy load truss robot.

Project implementation:For the first time, a double Z axle heavy load truss robot was used in this project.It meets the feeding and blanking action requirements directly of the same process.Customers require a mixed production of four and six cylinders,so an independent replaceable end fixture is designed.This automation line is now widely used in the domestic crankshaft industry.
