Main work: Court sessions, legal research, drafting legal documents in the case (including but not limited to cross-examination opinions, post-court responses, arguments, etc.), and handling communications related to the case.Specifically, in response to the claim of the soy sauce brewing company that its trademark was infringed, we argued that the trademark was not well-known, there was no actual use in the past three years, the allegedly infringing products were reasonably sourced, there was no subjective malice, and the amount of actual damages were incurred; in response to the claim of the soy sauce brewing company that the sales company had engaged in unfair competition, we argued that the package was not influential, unique and identifiable, the soy sauce packages of the two companies was not identical or similar, and there was no subjective malice.

Results: The Court upheld our defence that there was no unfair competition; in respect of plaintiff's claim of infringement of its trademark rights, the amount of damages was adjusted to $50,000 at the discretion of the Court.
