1. General Ledger:

*Perform month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing activities and Balance sheet account reconciliations. Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for site operating activities, including revenue, expense and inter-company transactions.

*Accounting analysis for accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliation and foreign exchange.

*Delivery Balance sheet, P&L and perform analysis on variance and fluctuation.

*Management of fixed assets.

*Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.

*Provide analysis and reporting to support Decision Support role.

*Assist business units/departments from local and global sites for accounting related issues and queries.

*Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits, and prepare the BOD meeting material.

*Ad hoc account requests from management team.

*Automate working process and improve efficiency.

*Ensure compliance with regulation and company policy.

 

2. Treasury:

*Monitor cash flow in site, managing bank accounts, perform banking operations.

*Prepare cash flow forecast and review with global team quarterly.

*AP role knowledge transfer and oversaw the end-to-end AP work for a period.

*Accounting related projects: financial system migration, financial system upgrade, GAAP review, T&E policy training and etc.

*Company/site wide initiatives/activities: Reverse Mentor for Site General Manager, International Young Women Professional Group, member of People Strategy for Asia Pacific Finance team to improve employees experience.

*Coordinate and participate in site events.

4. Others:

*Perform as supplier relationship manager for Finance function, conduct annual review on suppliers and avoid risks to the company.

*Assist in Procurement system to approve purchase request from Accounting perspective.

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

*Develop and delivery a range of regular financial reports to pro actively monitor the financial results to support management team to make effective decisions.

*Analyze and interpret financial related data to site lead and department heads through formal regular reports and informal conmmunications.

*Perform monthly billing and maintain billing model.

*Provide financial analysis for projects for different needs from management team.

*Ad hoc requests.

2. Financial Planning and Budgeting

*Perform an role in strategic and tactical business planning processes to conduct annual budget, monthly rolling forcast and multi-year plan.

*P&L variance analysis between Actual vs. Budget/Forecast to provide insights on spending and cost control.

*Budget/Forecast model enhancement and automation.

3. Initiatives/Projects:

*Global initiatives/projects: Taxonomy Automation for global business structure standardization, FX rate adjustment project to eliminate the impact on difference between Actual FX rate to Budget FX rate, Workflow improvement, Reporting Initiatives, Global Shared Service sites travel analysis and etc.
