Completed: • Product research: study on mature and stable HR products in market, which is suitable for 500-2000 employee size enterprise: Moka, Gulu and Beisen. Abstract product business model and extract common functions. • Product planning: combined with the work pain points of the main demander, develop a simple operation process, and developed three core modules: interview management, entry management and employee information management. • Implementation functions: PC terminal completes interview process management, interview news pushes, interviewers obtains interview schedule, staff refer resumes. Mobile terminal completes interviewer updates interview progress, applicant public number one key delivers resume, etc.
