The header(页眉)

List all of the basic information:name,gender,telephone number,address,email, and Skype or WeChat.

列出基本信息：姓名，性别，电话号码，地址，邮箱，Skype/微信。

Note：

1.The format of Chinese name:

e.g. Zhang San/Zhang Xiaoxiao(Not Zhang Xiao Xiao/ Zhang XiaoXiao:中文名的格式，注意字母的大小写和空格要求。

2.Gender(not sex!)includes female and male:性别的正确写法为gender非sex,包括女性和男性。

3.The format of address:

e.g.Shanghai International Studies University, Shanghai, China上海外国语大学，中国上海:注意英语地址的格式是从小到大写，和中文相反。

Professional profile（专业简介）

Introduce your major and related courses you have taken and give a brief summary of strengths and professional ability.

介绍你的专业和相关课程，简要概括自己的优点和专业能力。

List licenses or certificates related to the job that you are applying for.

列出与你申请工作相关的执照或证书。

List practical skills:

e.g.proficiency in Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel；

Language level

(fluent/intermediate/basic)

列出实用技能:如熟练使用Microsoft Word/PPT/Excel;语言水平(流利/中级/基础)

Education（教育背景）

Degree,school,and graduation date.

学位、院校及毕业日期。

Note:For undergraduates,“expected graduation date” should be written:在校生请注明“预计毕业日期”

GPA(high GPA is recommended to write:平均绩点高可写上去,反之不建议写

Note:GPA stands for the abbreviation for grade point average 各科成绩的平均积分点

Work experience(工作经历)

List the jobs that you have done in reverse chronological order.

按时间倒序列出你做过的工作。

Note:the information should contain your job title, company’s name, what you were responsible for and how long you worked there, what you did at that job and states the achievements you have made in that position, if any.

(注:所给信息应包括你的职位名称、公司名称、岗位职责、你在该公司工作了多久、做了什么，以及你在该职位上所取得的成就(如果有的话)。
